Fundraising Goal
Please use this as an opportunity to reach out to friends and colleagues via email and social media. Set a goal such as $1000 minimum on your CrowdRise campaign and share it several times before the event and even on the day of the event and perhaps a few days after. Facebook in particular uses algorithms so that the reach of posts are limited. Keep in mind that friends may not see the post and may not be logged in, etc.
How To Raise Funds to Help Cure GM1
Cure GM1 sets up a page for a team each year. Although, it is possible to donate to UPenn as well, we set up a page to donate directly to Cure GM1.
